December 2024 Update

I have a $10 flat rate option listed now but please note that it will not work for PO Boxes or rural routes at this time. The service uses the aforementioned Canada Post to do the end-of-line delivery and right now that is not available and will result your package going into the back log. The backlog is expected to go into January 2025.

If you are local to me, you may pick up your order at an agreed-upon day and time.  Please do not select local pick-up if your items need to be shipped.  An e-transfer of the funds can be send to khalanaturals@gmail.com should it be required. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the money credited to your method of payment.

Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept returns on any product.  Should you have a problem, please contact me and I will make it right with a replacement or credit depending on the situation.

I am not responsible for any extra taxes or import duties.  I can only offer shipment arrival times estimates.  Postal services differ and I do not guarantee delivery dates.

In 2025 i will be offering shipping to international destinations again. I still need to do some work on what kinds of paperwork and costs that will entail. Stay tuned.

Every so often I can make free shipping happen but that will be with a minimum spend of $100 before taxes. Take advantage and stock up or do a group purchase with friends and family.

Free shipping all the time is just not available to me like that big delivery store.
Amazon makes $17 miiion dollars AN HOUR on average. (2017 #s) I do not have that kind of income base to offer free shipping. The shipping charges are what the services charge. It does not include my time and material for packaging your orders. Thank you for understanding.
